All Walk-in Customer Service Centers have modified their hours of operation to Monday through Friday, 10:30AM to 5:00PM. This change will remain in effect until further notice. We encourage the use of a face-covering at any CPS Energy facility. As a commercial customer of CPS Energy, you should be aware of various fuel and regulatory charges as well as several different electric and gas rates that may apply to your company and may be included as additional charges on your company’s bill. Your business also may be exempt from paying state sales and use taxes for electric or natural gas services.
